Timbertown tourist park, NSW Australia.

Timbertown at Wauchope on the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia certainly should be visited. Owned by Hastings Council, the park is a recreation of a 1880's pioneer town with sawmilling, woodcutting, bullock teams, horses, steam trains and a whole township of other activities.

Wauchope is less than 20 kms west from Port Macquarie and on the way to some beautiful touring country. Places like the Comboyne Plateau, Ellenborough Falls and, further west, Mount Seaview with great 4WD driving opportunities.
